Charcuterie in a pie box
I’m not the first person to come up with this idea but it’s perfect for picnics or cocktails al fresco or just munching on. Just pull down the box lid and keep in the fridge
Start with a pie box
Compostable 10” plate
Parchment paper that looks like wood – magic
Bamboo mini tongs – everyone gets their own set
I use cubed cheese and mini triscuits and add “to go”packs of olives, nuts and dried fruit emptied in to condiment take out bowls with lids for easy transport. Mini Brie Bites from Aldi’s or Trader Joe’s are fun too. Grapes round out the plate
These are Trader Joe’s version
Pepperoni Rose
You can also turn your pepperoni or salami into Roses. Check on You Tube, Pinterest or Tik Tok for how to videos.
