Fire Cider
Getting ready for cold and flu season and made a batch today – I let it sit with some daily shakes for a week and then pour through a strainer and refrigerate – I mix mine with honey and drink it with Constant Contact Tea.

Here’s what I used – Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, a stick of Cinnamon, A Whole Lemon, A Jalapeño pepper sliced open (for the fire), Red Onion chopped, Horseradish, Ginger & Garlic all diced.- I had black garlic from a farmer’s market, so I tried that – Some whole cloves and black peppercorn. I add powdered Turmeric as I have never found any fresh anywhere – You can also add a Sprig of Rosemary & Thyme if you have it.
If this is all too much work – you can also take a shortcut by using Spice World Squeeze Ginger and Garlic and Gold’s Hot Horseradish instead of dicing
A Tablespoon a day as a cold preventative. You can also gargle with it for a sore throat.
