Week 26 Day 172 of 2024 - June 20 First Day of Summer


Your brain loves the number three. The power of thinking in threes makes everything easier.
For one thing, your brain can only hold about 3 things in your short term memory at a time. Keeping things limited to 3 allows for greater focus to prevent feeling overwhelmed. Try it!
Work on three or less projects or goals at a time
Set three priorities a day to be more productive
Communicate more clearly with a maximum of 3 points at a time
Decorate your home with items grouped in threes
Choose three things on your to do list as next steps
If something feels overwhelming, break it down into small steps and focus on 3 at a time
At the end of the day - think of 3 good things that happened - or 3 things that you learned that day.
