Summer Smoothies are our favorites for breakfast and lunch when the temperatures rise.
We use Frozen Fruit and Coconut Water with a scoop of electrolytes and protein powder - but you can use fresh fruit with yogurt or nut milks as well - throw in some spinach or kale for an iron boost - Anything goes and it’s easy to customize to your favorite flavors.
